How we treat your child's data.
This app exists so the people who care for your child and you can work as partners. Your child's information serves that purpose and nothing else.
Everything sits behind a login. Photos, notes, and updates about your child are visible only to your program's care team and to the family accounts linked to your child — never on a public page, never at a guessable address.
No advertising, no trackers. There are no ad networks, no analytics companies, and no social-media pixels in this app. Nothing about your child is shared with or sold to anyone.
Photos stay small and private. A child's photo is stored stripped of hidden metadata (such as the location it was taken), is only ever shown to people who may see that child, and can be removed at any time on the child's profile.
Email is for updates only. Your address receives the updates your program sends you — nothing more. No newsletters you did not ask for, no marketing.
Your keepsake log is yours alone. The private memory book a family keeps is visible only to that family — the care team cannot read it.
Leaving means leaving. When your child leaves the program, ask the owner to archive or remove the profile — removal deletes the photo and the data with it.
Ask your program's owner / director first — they run your program and its data. Anything they cannot answer reaches the app makers through them.
